About 6 years ago (I was 26), that was the 1st time I read about Chinese acupuncturist Jim Liu from a magazine about him treating Malaysia’s national badminton players when he was in Malaysia…… At that time, my shoulder and my back was hurt, could not really move my shoulder too much because was in pain, was affecting my work as badminton coach ( at that time back in Toronto, Canada). I had all these problems when I was 23 years old!
Think back, I knew Jim Liu’s assistant Nicole since our childhood days. ?But, it’s because of them that I fell in love with running. It is also them that allows me to run to this day.
I have been working as a software engineer for years. My work requires me to sit in front of a computer for a long time every day. I was not in good health due to irregularities in my lifestyle and a lack of exercise, as can be seen below.

I was the central defender of my university soccer team while I was attending university. But for some reason, I couldn’t have the good without the bad. It was around this time my right knee was injured during the intense physical training. I had to quit playing soccer about 30 years old resulted from the consideration pain of my knee. Especially when the weather changed, the pain in my knee could almost kill me. I know there are many people have same kind of problem.
